Please support your local needlework shop
and order our charts and tools through them. If you have a nice one, YOU are VERY
fortunate!
You CAN order through our website and request it be
filled by YOUR favorite needlework shop by putting a note in the comment
section check-out. We will contact your shop and inquire if they
would like to fill the order.
- However, if you prefer or do not have
local needlework shop,
- we will gladly accept your retail
order.
PayPal - This is the best way to pay for your
order. Place your order using our online shopping cart and we will send
you a PayPal payment request.

Please be sure to give us all of the following information:
Designer/Chart Name or Product Description, Quantity and Price.
Your Name, Address, Phone, and preferred email address. Please
put your Name and Address in postal mail address delivery format as it will be
used as your mailing label.

Just print it and fill in all the information. Credit Card Orders only.
We are not currently accepting checks or money orders.
Security:
All of the customer information you give us is kept strictly confidential.
We will NOT, at any time, provide your information to anyone!
Information that you enter at our site will only be used to verify billing
information and to ship your purchases to you. Also if you choose to
join our email group, we promise that we will not "share" your name or e-mail
address.
Payment:
We currently accept certified checks, money orders and PayPal (we will send
you a payment request after we calculate shipping charges and any tax that may
be due.
Shipping:
We charge a minimum of $4.65 for shipping and handling.
Most orders under 2 pounds are sent by First Class or Priority Mail.
Most orders over 2 pounds will be shipped UPS. We try to ship
orders within 2-3 days, and if it will be longer than 5 days we will try to
notify you by email.
Foreign Orders:
We welcome orders from outside of the US. These are sent by Air Mail
or Global Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise. Some restrictions
may apply.
Returns:
We do NOT allow returns on books, charts, magazines, fabric, special
orders, floss or fibers, charms or bead packs or opened kits. Shipping
charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns MUST have a return authorization and be in sellable condition.
Please contact us if you need to return any items.
