We prefer that retail customers order through their local needlework shops. "Brick and mortar" shops are a vital part of our industry. Stitchers NEED the opportunity to see, touch, and feel what is available in needlework today. YOUR shop has the expertise to help new and experienced stitchers, unlike online only shops and retail chain stores. We appreciate your business! We will NOT do business with ONLINE ONLY shops who operate on consignment, nor will we drop ship to customers. As many shops know, neither of us can afford to lose a sale...we ALL want happy customers! It is a little more difficult for shops to order from designers and/or designs NOT carried by distributors (many of which only work on consignment)...and many shops won't even try. So like it or not...to survive...we must offer our retail website visitors the opportunity to order directly from us. As a retail shop, you can place your order with us online using the shopping cart, you will get the normal wholesale price when we process your order. Be sure you include your shop name, address, and tax number in the comment section of the shopping cart when you check out.
